Weiner pled guilty in court on Friday to sexting a 15-year-old girl.

Abedin brought an Anonymous vs. Anonymous action in the Manhattan Supreme Court on Friday, the New York Post reports. She has asked for the court to seal the case.

The filing is uncontested, which means that she does not expect a fight from Weiner over any of their joint assets or custody of their son, Jordan Zain Weiner. They married in 2010.

Abedin and Weiner have been separated since the sexting relationship was revealed in August of 2016.

She announced their separation just hours after the NY Post revealed Weiner had sent photos to another woman, revealing they’d been sexting while his young son was in bed with him.

“After long painful consideration and work on my marriage, I have made the decision to separate from my husband,” Abedin, a top aide to Hillary Clinton, said in a statement.

“Anthony and I remain devoted to doing what’s best for our son, who is the light of our life. During this difficult time, I ask for respect for our privacy.”

Weiner underwent 35 days in a sex addiction rehabilitation center following the scandal last summer, and reportedly asked Abedin to stay with him during that time.

“I have a sickness but I do not have an excuse,” a tearful former Democratic congressman told the court. Abedin did not appear alongside him in court.
