The Senate passed a budget resolution last night in a 51-48 vote that’s the first step toward getting rid of Obamacare and putting something else in its place.
This passage allows Congressional committees to start preparing Repeal bills, and sends the resolution to the House, where it’s also expected to pass.
Democrats won’t give the GOP any victories without kicking and screaming, though.
Senate Democrats broke decorum by debating during the vote.
