Judge Napolitano said Monday morning that that Loretta Lynch has “a lot of explaining to do” and that Comey “laid out a case for misconduct” per Fox News Insider.

His comments are in reference to former FBI Direcotr James Comey’s testimony to the Senate two weeks ago, during which he remarked that Attorney General Loretta Lynch had asked him to refer to the Clinton email scandal as a “matter” rather than an “investigation.”

Comey said that, at the time, the request made him “queasy”.

Check it out:

“Comey laid out a case for misconduct in office for Loretta Lynch,” said Napolitano, adding that attorneys general usually do not choose to investigate their predecessors.

He said a Senate investigation might happen, but he believes Comey laid out enough evidence to trigger an FBI investigation.

“Did their former boss use the Department of Justice for political purposes? Did she tailor law enforcement decisions to help the Obama White House and Mrs. Clinton’s campaign?” the judge asked.

Napolitano went on to say that Lynch also owes the country an explanation for the unsolicited meeting she had with former President Bill Clinton on an airport tarmac in the midst of the probe.
