Country Music Star Makes A Point About Confederate Statues That Should TERRIFY Liberals

Country star Charlie Daniels compared the actions of Antifa and other left-leaning Americans involved in the latest protests against Confederate statues to those of ISIS in the Middle East, according to BizPacReview.

“There were pieces of history over there they didn’t like, they’re taking ’em down,” he said.

Check it out:

“Is it just gonna be Robert E. Lee and Stonewall Jackson or are we headed into Jefferson and Washington, who were both slave owners,” Daniels said. “How deep in history are we gonna go? Is everybody that we disagree with, we are gonna have to wipe every semblance of them out? Is that what this is all about?”

The award-winning country music artist noted the statues are “part of our history,” adding that “you don’t have to condone what happened in the civil war.”

“If you don’t like it, don’t look at it,” Daniels continued. “There’s all kind of things, there’s all kinds of symbolisms and things, in this country that I don’t like. But I’m not gonna go tear ’em down, I just don’t look at them.”
