Attorney General Jeff Sessions conceded during an interview with the House Judiciary Committee that there are currently 27 open investigations into politically-motivated leaks, according to Fox News.
He made the statement in response to a question by Rep. Ron DeSantis (R-FL).

Sessions said an individual in Georgia had a motive, likely referring to accused NSA leaker Reality Winner. Sessions says, “We have 27 ongoing investigations.”
Winner was brought into custody over the summer for sneaking classified documents out of a facility in Georgia.
It was revealed after her arrest that Winner was a staunch Bernie Sanders supporters and was upset that her office often played Fox News.
