A judge in Travis County, Texas showed up to the bench earlier this week wearing a notable clothing item—a Women’s March “p**** hat” (via IJR).
The worst part, though, is the city said it’s perfectly legal for her to do so.
A photo of Judge Sarah Eckhardt wearing the hat in her courtroom first appeared on Facebook, then soon after, went viral on Twitter.

One tweet questioned whether defendants felt they could “expect a fair trial, especially as a man” if the judge was wearing this hat.
