The North Korean media said the country’s dictator traveled to the top of a mountain during a blizzard that, upon his arrival, gave way to “fine weather” in honor of his presence.

“Mount Paektu presented charming scenery showing magic peaks and dazzling sunshine on its clear and blue waves,” the newspaper said.
Kim reportedly “reflected on his nuclear ambitions” while standing atop the formerly stormy peak.
Kim “recall[ed] the emotion-charged days when he realized the great historic cause of completing the state nuclear force without yielding even a moment and with the indomitable faith and will of Paektu,” it claimed, according to USA Today.
