BREAKING: Trump Responds To 9th Circuit Court Ruling On Immigration Order

The country has been anxiously waiting to see whether or not the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals would side with Trump on his recent immigration order that temporarily froze immigration from 7 countries identified by the Obama Administration as hotbeds of terror.

Many expected that the liberal leaning court would side against Trump.

They officially have.

This isn’t necessarily over but it is definitely not an ideal situation for Trump.

Anyone familiar with this law and the responsibility of the president when it comes to national security understands the order is perfectly reasonable but unfortunately, judicial activism is a powerful thing in this country.

Judge Andrew Napolitano had a great take on this whole situation.

We will have to wait and see what happens here but Trump’s tweet makes it seem likely that this isn’t over.

In fact, by the sounds of it, we could be heading to the Supreme Court.
