This Man Just Triggered An Amber Alert For Kidnapping A 6-Year-Old, But Wait Till You Hear The Rest…

A man who triggered an Amber Alert after he kidnapped his 6-year-old daughter was previously deported, per Fox61.

Oscar Obedio Hernandez is a suspect in the murder of his daughter’s mother.

Check it out:

“Oscar Obedio Hernandez, a citizen of El Salvador, was issued a Final Order of Removal by an immigration judge on Oct. 29, 2013,” said spokesman Shawn Neudauer. “He was removed from the United States by ICE officers in Hartford, CT on Nov. 27, 2013. He has prior felony convictions from 2002 for assault and threatening, as well as several misdemeanor convictions. ICE has placed an immigration detainer with the Bridgeport (Connecticut) Police Department.”

Gov. Dan Malloy’s spokeswoman, Kelly Donnelly, issued a statement today regarding the incident between Hernandez and the ICE.

“Our local laws are designed to protect our residents and also ensure that those in harm’s way feel safe seeking help from law enforcement. That’s why convicted violent felons are detained for deportation under our state laws that the governor has consistently and strongly supported.” said Donnelly.

The Amber Alert was issued early Friday morning.

  1. It’s too bad we can’t microchip vermin like this with something that would trigger a drone strike if they ever attempted to cross the border into this country again.

I’m very sorry for that little girl.

  2. Is there any indication that, after murdering this woman, he kidnapped their daughter? If so, you might want to mention that in the article. Also, it could be helpful to say where this happened, and when. His removal from Connecticut 15 years ago is good information to have, but seems irrelevant at this time.

    • It happen yesterday in Connecticut and he made it to Pennesylvania where he was chase by Pensylvania StateTroopers, He crashed into the back of a truck and the state Trioopers crash into the back of his car, and another State Trooper crashed in the baxck of the other State Troopers car. He was taken to a hospital for injuries and the child was only slightly hurt.
