We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed.
2 Corinthians 4:8-9
The stories seem endless. Christian bakers being fined, wedding photographers being prosecuted, even Christian owners of a pizza shop being threatened – all in the name of unconstitutional “sexual rights” that allegedly trump our actual constitutional rights to free speech, the free practice of our religion, and freedom of association.
Since when is it right to force people to violate their religious beliefs and to participate in ceremonies that they deem sinful? This is America, people. And faith-filled Americans need to  stand up and be counted. Religious freedom is our constitutional right – and we should be allowed to practice that freedom every day, everywhere.
And if we are persecuted for that – so be it. We must practice our faith whatever the cost. And we must trust that our fellow Americans will join us to defend our sacred rights.
Sweet Freedom in Action
Today, I challenge you to fight for what is right; fight to restore our religious freedoms. I believe the battle will be won…little by little…person by person…wedding cake by wedding cake.
