Hours After Court Block’s His Revised Immigration Order, Trump FIRES BACK…

After revising his initial immigration order following a 9th Circuit Court battle, President Trump put forward another reasonable immigration order aimed to keep the country safe and sort out our screening limitations.

Less than a day before that revised order was set to take effect, a federal judge in Hawaii issued a temporary restraining order which effectively blocked Trump for a second time.

Trump responded hours later and said the following.

From ABC News:

Less than two hours after a federal judge in Hawaii issued a nationwide temporary restraining order on the Trump administration’s revised travel ban, the president slammed the decision as “an unprecedented judicial overreach.”

Speaking Wednesday night at a rally at Nashville’s Municipal Auditorium, President Trump said the court was motivated by “political reasons,” adding that he expected to be “criticized … for speaking harshly about our courts.”

“The order… blocked was a watered-down version of the first order that was also blocked by another judge and should have never been blocked to start with,” Trump said.

He added, “This ruling makes us look weak.”

Trump hit the nail on the head.

    • Your point is? Tell that to California and Florida who also depend on tourism but have had mass shootings? The President has the authority read your Constitution you obviously have no clue

      • Dwight? You are led by yourself. One day you possibly might conceive what you are and what that means. In the meanwhile since you are in such a confused and accusatory state of being if you read what I typed you will see I am merely suggesting a reason why a Hawaiian judge may be opposed to the travel restrictions. Is he paid by the tourism industry? It is a possibility. Many people in power and authority are representing a myriad of interests. Anyway, Ca, and Fl are not as dependent on tourism so it is natural for you to mention them but there is no comparison to the impact with Hawaii. Hawaii IS dependent on tourism unfortunately and Ca. and Fl. are not. I agree with travel restrictions actually as I wrote about on my Facebook page for people who I know are who they say they are but you seem to think otherwise. Go troll elsewhere ~

Grow up while you are at it and tell yourself the truth. My individual comment here was about a real reason why a Hawaiian judge might feel or be forced to issue a nationwide temporary restraining order. While you errantly assumed I was against travel restrictions.

    • I’m gonna go out on a limb and say the travel restrictions wouldn’t affect HI’s tourism even slightly. Unless they actually TOOK IN some of them. Then it would go to $hit.

      • That is what Mr Trump should do. Send all the blacklisted travelers to the aloha state and surely the Hawaiian judge might change their mind.

  1. If we don’t start fighting back against the judicial branch, they are eventually going to figure out they can hold the entire administration hostage with a bang of their gavel.

  2. Amazes me how so many think the Judicial is so powerful. Folks have told me TRumps immigration plan is now dead because the “courts” killed it. When I tell them the 9th has an 86% reversal rate, I get to learn new names I never heard before LMAO

  3. Declare it a national emergency until it can be heard by the supreme court. Then have those liberty judges impeached.

  4. you need to hire more conservative judges and fire the liberal ones that will not let the president defend the borders of the US and screen for potential terrorists.

  5. I know Samson as a Judge of Israel, who fought for Israel and gave his life for Israel. You sir Judge Derrick Watson are no Samson. May the God of Israel send Michael who stands up for the children of Israel to help him in this hour of need.

  6. No it doesn’t show weakness of this administration it shows the weakness of the past administration did by appointing them as Judges. They probably had discussions on what they would do if ever appointed a judge! That is? They would go outside there purview in following the laws on the books. How? By going outside of the written laws to challenge a Presidents Constitutional duties to protect the security of this Republic and and its citizens! By interfering with his prescribe remedy the President is allowed to issue an EO regarding a temporary Travel Ban to Ban Entry to any person within certain countries that we are at war with or country who’s government is unstable or with no recognized government from allowing any of there citizens into this nation! President Trump needs to ban travel temporarily in order to straighten out and find the loop holes within the PC systems that literally caused there back ground checks to be flawed. The past administrations Stratton knew this was happening when part of the system was ordered destroyed by Obama. He knew it caused this problem and did nothing about it. This flaw is putting the security of this Republic and its citizens in jeopardy! That flaw occurred when he ordered all the security recognition data including the photos collected of terrorists or possible terrorists deleted then did not allow them to do there job plus he did not order the correction of this program flaw to be repaired. In fact everyone has f these refugees were not fully vetted. That’s why he needs to temporarily ban travel and entry into our Republic which will give time to revert those already here and to correct this system. So when it comes down to Hawaii tourists dollars it pales when considering they never challenged Obamas EO travel bans which shows this tourist dollar loss is bogus! So it’s not President Trump being weak but Obamas judicial appointments judges who will not use the laws on the books to cite reasons to block this but will allow the EO blocked based on tourism! Essentially saying the security of this Republic and its citizens are not as important as money! Also taking into consideration all the things that are No No within their culture and belief that is why I doubt they have a large enough percentage of “Muslims” tourists to make an impact financially! Weigh it there entry for tourism dollars verses your right to security to not be attacked from within this country?

  7. Pres.Trump better get in front of this pronto or these “judges” will stop everything i.e. budget cuts, coal mining, whatever they don’t like. And who’s to stop them? If they get away with stripping the POTUS of his constitutional authority in this area then there’s no limit to their power.

  8. Want to get it passed? Tell these bastards it’s this or a total travel ban, which can’t be seen as a Muslim ban. Watch how fast the travel industry big shots in Hawaii and the left coast revolt.
