Maxine Waters Just OUTDID Herself With Her Latest Conspiracy Theory…

WASHINGTON - AUGUST 13: Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) holds up her hand in an attempt to stop photographers from taking her picture during a news conference she called to challenge the charges made against her by the House of Representatives ethics committee at the U.S. Capitol August 13, 2010 in Washington, DC. The House Committee on Standards of Official Conduct said it found sufficient evidence that Waters' chief of staff, her grandson Mikael Moore, granted "special favors" to a struggling Massachusetts-based bank in which her husband owned stock. Rep. Maxine Waters has already proven she’ll say anything to get Trump out of the oval office—but her latest conspiracy theory is about as head-scratching as it gets.

Waters was interviewed on MSNBC this week, where she suggested that Utah Rep. Jason Chaffetz was not seeking re-election because he might “have some connections to what is going on in the Ukraine and perhaps in Russia itself and knows something about all of this.”

Is this a joke?

She went on, saying, “he’s strange in the way he’s conducting himself.”
