Rep. Maxine Waters Bars Trump Supporters From Entering Public Town Hall Meeting

Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) banned Trump supporters from her constituent town hall meeting in her district over the weekend.

Waters’ staff gave yellow wristbands to constituents who did not live in her district. Then, they were barred from entering the building.

Video from outside the venue shows about 50 Trump supporters waving American flags and Trump banners and chanting, “Let us in!” as they noted that Waters doesn’t live in her own district, either.

Police blocked the doors and prevented them from entering.

Waters could be heard over the loudspeakers from outside, where the people with yellow wristbands were forced to stay.

Waters is one of the primary voices of the “impeach Trump” movement, despite recently conceding that Congress has yet to see any evidence incriminating enough to oust the President.
