In a now-viral video, 16-year-old Hunter Richard was sitting at a table with some friends in a Whataburger in Texas when he was approached and assaulted by 30-year-old Kino Ahuitzotl Jiminez.

Jiminez forcefully ripped off the “Make America Great Again” red cap which Richard was wearing then scolded him with a number of expletive words. Jiminez then threw the contents of Richard’s large cola into his face before storming off, with Richard’s rep cap.

Per the Daily Caller:

In the video, Jimenez yanked off Richard’s Make America Great Again hat and said, “This is gonna go right in my f**king fireplace, b*tch.” Richard claimed that some of his hair was pulled out during the confrontation to Fox 29 San Antonio.

Later on, the Jimenez told Richard, “You ain’t supporting s*it n****” and threw a drink in his face.

Richard found Jimenez’s acts unproductive and unnecessary.

As the Daily Caller reports, the recording of the whole ordeal was uploaded by Patricia Thompson Spittler, a mom of one of Richard’s friends. She asked people in the post to  “Please help ID this ‘Scum BAG of the Year!’”

The 30-year-old was fired one day after the post was uploaded.

The San Antonio bar, Rumble, which fired Jiminez clarified in a social media post that they do not endorse the bullying behavior exhibited by their former employee and that their establishment was a safe space for all patrons.

“We have since terminated this employee, as his actions go against everything that this establishment stands for. Rumble has, and always will be, a bar that is as inclusive as any establishment could possibly be,” the company said.

“THIS BAR IS A SAFE SPACE FOR EVERYONE! No matter your race, creed, ethnicity, sexual identity, and political stance, you are welcomed here!” they continued. “We do not condone the actions or behavior that were displayed in the cell phone video, and we never will. If you have any questions or concerns please message us privately. We support and appreciate your business.”

The firing was not the only dose of justice Jiminez was served. The very next day, he was arrested.

“30-year-old Kino Jimenez was located by robbery task force detectives in Universal City, police said, and taken into custody on a warrant for theft of person,” My San Antonio reports. They also report that bail has not yet been set for Jimenez.

The incident made headlines and Donald Trump Jr. reached out over social media to the victim saying he would get him a MAGA hat signed by the president:
