CJ Pearson may not be a name recognized in all social or political circles, but the young high school junior is slowly becoming synonymous with a new wave of conservatism, willing to take on the status quo.
Take, for example, his latest tiff with celebrity and former model Christine Teigen.
The two clashed over social media on Tuesday afternoon, in what seemed to have started with Kent State student Kaitlin Bennett—who famously took graduation photos with an AR-15.
Bennet tweeted that she was excited to appear on a Logan Paul podcast when Teigen went way out of her way to let people know that she does not care.
“I’m extremely excited to announce that I will be flying out to California in a few weeks to go on @LoganPaul’s podcast, Impaulsive! Is the internet ready for this??” the Kent State student tweeted.
“I’ve just gotten word that the internet does in fact, not care,” Teigen replied.
Then Pearson came in with this shot:
Teigen, who is married to music icon John Legend, retorted, “ok cj pearson.”
Pearson, perhaps adding insult to injury, swiped Teigen’s liberal views and support for Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s marginal tax plan.
In another brief exchange, within the same thread, an account asked Teigen who Pearson even was. To which, she replied, “Precisely.”
Pearson though came back with this:
