‘Nothing To Worry About’: Schwarzenegger Says He’s Fine After Video Of ‘Idiot’ Kicking Him Goes Viral

Arnold Schwarzenegger, 71, addressed online that there was “nothing to worry about” concerning a now-viral incident of him getting kicked in the back during an Arnold Classic Africa event in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Multiple videos of the incident show the “Terminator” star talking with a crowd and recording a video when a person ran up behind and “drop-kick” him. While the sneak attack completely blindsided Schwarzenegger, the Mr. Universe and Mr. Olympia title winner said he did not even know he was kicked until he saw the video.

“Thanks for your concerns, but there is nothing to worry about. I thought I was just jostled by the crowd, which happens a lot. I only realized I was kicked when I saw the video like all of you. I’m just glad the idiot didn’t interrupt my Snapchat,” Schwarzenegger tweeted.

“After the kick, a security guard is seen tackling the attacker to the ground,” USA Today reports.

Schwarzenegger also tweeted out: “And if you have to share the video (I get it), pick a blurry one without whatever he was yelling so he doesn’t get the spotlight.”

In good sport, he added, “By the way… block or charge?”

The former California governor later tweeted: “Do me a favor: instead of sharing the video of the guy who wants to be famous, watch some of our @ArnoldSports athletes like this young hero proving that fitness is for everyone who deserve to be famous. They’re on my Snapchat.”
