Democratic Congresswoman Ilhan Omar continued her feud with President Trump, swiping him in a tweet which called him “racist” and accused him of wanting to deport “every black/brown person” in the country.
Taking to Twitter just days after her previous spat with the president, Omar contended there was more than meets the eye to Trump’s immigration policies.
“You all should end this charade and accept that this racist president wants every black/brown person deported and Muslims banned 🤦🏽♀️ His immigration policies say this much!”

She also posted:
“It’s not, of course, an accident that the rightwing imagination obsesses over the woman who, embodies much of what Barack Obama was accused of being by the “birthers”—including Donald Trump, now Birther-In-Chief. She’s Muslim.”
It’s full on madness! https://t.co/kvhCcGvUpC

The tweets were widely criticized by those on the right who instead have come to Trump’s defense with definitive claims that he was, in fact, not a racist.
Mercedes Schlapp, a Trump campaign aide, defends the president: "I have worked with President Trump for two years and he is not a racist. He is a compassionate man whose policies have focused on the minority community." https://t.co/WzOhSM6dkC pic.twitter.com/eaVpBYLhUK

The opposition media wants you to believe a racist person could care about "helping minorities" & still "hate them." It's not possible.

This is so unbelievably insane it’s hard to believe that it’s a real tweet. This tweet is so humiliating for Rep. Omar that it’s unfathomable that her staff didn’t intervene before she hit the “tweet” button. https://t.co/qHlyVhVNMm

This is moronic, even for you. https://t.co/aZruiFclDH

As BizPac Review reports, the president responded to the tweets and said Omar and her “squad” colleagues (Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Rashida Tlaib, and Aryana Pressley) are not “capable of loving our country”:
I don’t believe the four Congresswomen are capable of loving our Country. They should apologize to America (and Israel) for the horrible (hateful) things they have said. They are destroying the Democrat Party, but are weak & insecure people who can never destroy our great Nation!
