As former Vice President Joe Biden recently told an AARP event that citizens would be able to keep their current health care plan, some more progressive candidates are looking to scrap private health insurance or employee-based insurance options altogether.

Democratic Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, commenting on potentially eliminating private health insurance, said she did not believe it would cause anyone to be “heartbroken,” Twitchy reports.
