In Hilarious Video, Ryan Reynolds Ranks Celebrity Help Behind ‘Ping-Pong Players, Mannequins, Childhood Imaginary Friends’

Anyone that has spent any time on social media over the past two weeks has likely seen the two-minute video of actors and actresses singing “Imagine” together.

The video (seen below) takes clips from Gal Gadot, Mark Ruffalo, Zoe Kravitz, and others and pieces them together to make the viral hit:

While the video showed celebrities coming together during the coronavirus, it did little to offer help in the way of offering advice or sharing practical ways to combat the spread of the coronavirus.

Then came Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, who issued a challenge to actors from his country to address the coronavirus in a new #PlankTheCurve challenge.

“Deadpool” actor Ryan Reynolds quickly answered the call sharing a video of his own where he thanked Trudeau and said: “We need to work together to flatten the curve and fight off the COVID-19.”

“I think in times of crisis, I think we all know that it’s the celebrities that we count on most. They’re the ones who are gonna get us through this,” Reynolds said with a smirk.

“Right after health care workers, of course, first responders, people who work in essential services, ping-pong players, mannequins, childhood imaginary friends, sure — like 400 other types of people,” he added per the Western Journal.

“People, look, stay at home, practice social distancing, wash your hands, we’re going to get through this thing together,” Reynolds continued.
