This past week, President Trump announced two major peace deals between Middle Eastern countries and has been nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize for his efforts.
The accomplishments are unprecedented as Trump continues to broker peace agreements in hostile regions around the world.
Despite scoring peace agreements between Israel and UAE, Israel and Bahrain, and Serbia and Kosovo, mainstream media has barely covered the issue and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is refusing to give Trump any credit.
During an interview with CNN, Pelosi was asked whether Trump deserved any praise over the historic agreements.
Pelosi mocked the agreements as a “distraction.”
“Good for him for having a distraction on a day when the numbers of people who are affected and the numbers of people who are dying from this virus only increases,” she said via CNN’s Manu Raju.
Asked on @CNNSitRoom if Trump deserves credit for Bahrain-Israel deal, Pelosi questions his ties to Saudi and says: “Good for him for having a distraction on a day when the numbers of people who are affected and the numbers of people who are dying from this virus only increases”

Fox News’ Bret Baier described Pelosi’s response as “quite an answer.”
“No matter your party —and even if you don’t like all the details inside — the UAE and Bahrain peace deals with Israel are not ‘distractions,'” he added.

Here’s how some other people responded to Pelosi’s comment:
She also asked a hair salon owner to apologize for not keeping the secret that she wants the little people to abide by rules she won’t follow. https://t.co/Fswg2oLjec

There was a time not too long ago when, if any US president had brokered peace deals between Israel and UAE, Israel and Bahrain, and Serbia and Kosovo, the news would have been plastered with the news for days upon end.

Horrible response from @SpeakerPelosi. Absolutely egregious.

When people ask why we could not come together during this crisis look no further than Pelosi.
