While many in the press, Hollywood, and Washington are trying to pit black Americans and white Americans against one another, Sharika Soal isn’t having it. Instead, the blues singer turned PR maven is providing a sane voice in the midst of craziness.
Soal first made a name for herself with the Iowa-based band, LadySoal. Her musical resume is impressive. She started in the entertainment world back in 2009 and later signed with huge acts like Justin Timberlake. Soal used to take a low-key approach on social media, but after her Twitter account was verified in 2016, things drastically changed.
“I have learned I cannot control how people react or how many people react to things I say,” Soal told Sarah Palin dot com. “I am just being me. I think we need more women not afraid to not fit into one or two boxes.”
No matter how controversial the topic, Soal is willing to give her honest, thoughtful opinion, and she’s not afraid to offend the easily offended. Like so many Americans, Soal has been weighing in on the police brutality killing out of Minnesota. “I find the George Floyd stuff sad and unintelligent to a point,” Soal said. “Sad in that we have humans on this earth with so little regard for human life and that there is always a mother who loves her child, and for the officer to so casually take life on camera, is indefensible.”
The public reaction to the death of Floyd has many layers to it. “I find George Floyd being held up by the African American community as a martyr, one of the most unintelligent things we as black people could ever do in front of white people,” Soal said. “That man was clearly dedicated to committing crime all of his life and for our community to constantly tell young black girls to protect men like Mr. Floyd is why many black women have zero standards when it comes to the men they deem worthy of partnerships. We have to be smarter than honoring criminals over black men who have never robbed or beat a pregnant woman.”
Again, Soal is not afraid to call it like she sees it.
While liberals attempt to paint a picture of a United States in which President Trump has no support from black Americans, Soal blows that myth out of the water. Soal has kept a close eye on Trump’s first term overall as well as his handling of the Chinese coronavirus.
“I think at this point, President Trump is really doing the best he can,” said Soal. “The left will never be open to hearing or admitting that he is a good man at his core and it is really a catch-22. If he talks about the black community, he is racist in their eyes, and if he does not speak to the community he is a smug racist in their eyes. I am OK with his handling of things overall and his handling of the pandemic, as no one can prepare for a deadly virus that has no vaccine.”
While Soal supports all Americans who want to exercise their right to protest, she is not supportive of looting and stealing.
“Protests are not violent,” she said. “I would not even call these riots. This is straight-up intention to destroy essential property, and congress is smart enough to know that is exactly what is happening.”
Unfortunately, many politicians choose to look the other way. Others in power have even encouraged the ‘freedom fighters’, as Colin Kaepernick has named them. Liberals have also basked in the glory of white Americans bowing down to black citizens. A curious move to say the least.
“No (American) should be bowing down to another (American),” said Soal. “We need to stop fighting each other and realize the five people with most of the world’s money are laughing at us all.”
Soal warns black, white, all Americans to keep an eye on the real enemy. “ANTIFA has been destroying property since at least 2009,” Soal said. “I would say it is impossible to measure how much of the destruction is on them. They probably rapidly recruit onsite and in-person daily. I feel the state of Oregon is in danger of being taken over by ANTIFA as well as Minnesota. I can not put a percentage on something that is a parasite of our youth and colleges.”
While the media has been covering all things, George Floyd, very little attention has been given to the black officers that have been killed since the rioting began. Even less press has been dedicated to the countless black victims of violence in Chicago. Black abortion victims? Deafening silence.
“I do not know why that is, honestly,” said Soal. ” All I know is that the world is one big pile of hypocrisy.”
That’s hard to argue against. In a world where hypocrisy, lying, go along to get along, pay to play, and cronyism is often rewarded by the DC swap, Soal conducts herself in the opposite fashion. President Trump has also stood up to such corruption. So, a Soal vote for Trump in November makes perfect sense.
“Yes, I am voting for President Donald Trump on November 3rd,” Soal said.”The rioting will be America’s downfall. It can never be on the shoulders of one man. This is our nation, and I do think Donald Trump will win again. Especially now that the liberals can see exactly what kind of people they are protesting for, whether they want to admit it or not. I think the riots help Trump’s reelection.”
That’s exactly what will happen if Soal has anything to say about it. Rest assured, she’ll be saying plenty from now, right on through Election Day. More people should be brave enough to listen to her. She’s certainly been brave enough to say what needs to be said.
