President Trump declared himself the winner of the 2020 presidential election and the Biden campaign is furious.
In a speech at the White House just after 2:30 a.m., Trump said he had won the contest and accused Democrats of manipulating the results in their favor to show a different result. He also said he would get the U.S. Supreme Court to stop people from voting after polls closed.
Axios reports the Biden campaign released a statement calling the president’s comments “outrageous, unprecedented, and incorrect.”
Biden campaign manager Jen O’Malley Dillon released a statement saying: “The president’s statement tonight about trying to shut down the counting of duly cast ballots was outrageous, unprecedented, and incorrect.”
“If the president makes good on his threat to go to court to try to prevent the proper tabulation of votes, we have legal teams standing by ready to deploy to resist that effort. And they will prevail,” she continued, per the report.
“Nearly 100 million people cast their ballot before Election Day in the belief — and with the assurances from their state election officials — that their ballot would be counted,” she also wrote via Politico. “Now Donald Trump is trying to invalidate the ballot of every voter who relied on these assurances.”

As BizPac Review reports, Daily Wire Editor-in-Chief Ben Shapiro criticized the Biden campaign statement and said they were guilty of misconstruing Trump’s initial comments.
Shapiro tweeted: “That is a lie. He said, ‘We want all voting to stop. We don’t want them to ‘find’ any ballots at 4 o’clock in the morning and add them to the list, okay?’ In other words, he doesn’t want people VOTING after Election Day, or fraudulent ballots delivered. Which is the law.”

BizPac Review adds:
Democrats attacked President Trump after he said “all voting” must stop after Election Day is over, because that’s the law. Leftists falsely claimed that Trump had said he wanted vote-counting to stop.
Ironically, several key Dem-run cities made the unprecedented move to stop counting votes in the middle of Election Night in battleground states where President Trump was leading. This has fueled rampant speculation among Trump supporters that Democrats will conveniently “find” mail-in ballots to commit election fraud.
