Bombshell: Attorney Sidney Powell Files Major Lawsuits In Georgia And Michigan Alleging Mass Voter Fraud

Sidney Powell has filed lawsuits in Georgia and Michigan regarding voter fraud, according to The Washington Examiner.

The cases both relate to voting machines, mail-in ballots, and the late Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez.

Trump’s legal team said Powell is not a part of their administration.

“Sidney Powell is practicing law on her own. She is not a member of the Trump Legal Team. She is also not a lawyer for the president in his personal capacity.”

Dec. 8 is the deadline for resolving election disputes.

More from Washington Examiner:

The lawsuits target election officials in both key battleground states and include other allegations about forged ballots and observers being unable to watch the vote count. Both suits included a strew of typos in the filings.

Powell responded and said she understood the statement put out by the campaign but would continue to pursue litigation on her own to help the president.

Powell also represented Gen. Michael Flynn, Trump’s former national security, who was pardoned by the president on Wednesday. Flynn pleaded guilty to lying to the federal investigators about conversations he had with former Russian ambassador to Washington during the presidential transition from Barack Obama to Trump.

Trump has yet to concede to President-elect Joe Biden, who was declared the winner of the election almost three weeks ago. Trump has pursued lawsuits in multiple states and recounts in a couple of them, where he believes he has a chance to still win.
