The investigation into Hunter Biden’s alleged tax evasion is still “active and ongoing,” according to Fox News.
Investigators are “treating it seriously.”
Judge Merrick Garland stated that he has not discussed the investigation with the president.
“That was the reason that I was willing to take on this job,” Garland said. “So the answer is no.”

The federal investigation will continue.
Hunter Biden said he takes “this matter very seriously” and is “confident that a professional and objective review of these matters will demonstrate that I handled my affairs legally and appropriately, including with the benefit of professional tax advisors.”
