Fox News host Judge Jeanine Pirro has called out leaders in the Biden administration, specifically naming Vice President Kamala Harris, for their silence over the controversy in New York.
After a sixth accuser has come forward with allegations against New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, Democrats at the state level have called for his resignation.
At least 55 lawmakers wrote a letter describing Cuomo as a distraction who cannot adequately lead his state or his party and called for him to vacate his office.
Other top lawmakers in the country, including House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has questioned whether Cuomo should remain in office while facing an independent investigation into the alleged sexual misconduct.
But there has been a noticeable silence from the White House.
Pirro, during a segment on her show Saturday, specifically called Harris out for not supporting the women who have brought forward the allegations.
“Finally, tonight, she is a fraud, a phony, a woman without a moral core, a regular two-faced, mealy-mouthed politician who swings with the wind,” Pirro started the segment, as BizPac Review reports.
“A real role model, ain’t she?” the host continued. “But remember, a woman who couldn’t get one percent of support in her party’s presidential primary nomination, a woman destined to be president, many believe, in the very near future, who can’t answer a question about whether or not Andrew Cuomo should resign after seven women accuse him of sexual harassment and assault.”
“What is this woman afraid of? Some supporter of women, huh?” she asked, before accusing Harris of only believing women when it is politically convenient to do so.
“A woman paraded around as a champion of women quick to believe all women unless it doesn’t work to her political advantage. A woman who once prosecuted cases on behalf of rape victims who then turns around to raise money for the Minnesota Freedom Fund that bails out the men who rape women. This is certainly not the kind of woman we need running this country as president,” Pirro added via the report.
As BizPac Review reports, Harris first grew a reputation for supporting women when she joined in the chorus to derail Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation.
“I believe her,” Harris said of Kavanaugh’s accuser Christine Blasey Ford. “Anybody who comes forward at this point to be prepared to testify in the U.S. Senate against someone who’s being nominated to one of the most powerful positions in the U.S. government, that takes an extraordinary amount of courage.”
