Russian President Vladimir Putin recently challenged Joe Biden to a LIVE conversation to discuss Biden’s comment about how Putin would, “pay a price,” according to Fox News.
Putin’s challenge comes after new information has revealed that Putin was allegedly tied to the 2020 election.
“I’ve just thought of this now,” Putin said to a reporter in Moscow.
“I want to invite President Biden to continue our discussion, but on the condition that we do it actually live. But with no delays, directly in an open, direct discussion.”
Putin said he thinks the dialogue would prove interesting for the U.S. and Russian people, as well as for the international community.
Jen Psaki was asked about Putin’s invitation.
“I don’t have anything to report to you in terms of a future meeting,” Psaki said.
“The president will, of course, be in Georgia tomorrow and quite busy.”
Biden in an interview with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos was asked if he thought Putin was a killer, Biden said, “I do.”
Putin responded, “It takes one to know one.”
The White House did not disclose whether Biden intends to speak publically with Putin.
White House press secretary Jen Psaki was asked if Biden regretted his remarks, Psaki said, “Nope.”
“The president gave a direct answer to a direct question,” she added.
Referring to the LIVE conversation Putin said, “We are ready any time that is convenient for the American side.”
A declassified report released by the U.S. Office of the Director of National Intelligence found that no foreign powers “manipulated any election results.”
“The price he is going to pay, well, you’ll see shortly,” Biden threatened.
