Biden Makes His Move On Supreme Court, Issues New Executive Order To Form Presidential Commission On Supreme Court

Liberals would constantly bellyache about President Donald Trump being a dictator without any real evidence to back up their perspectives or claims, according to The Red State.

“We need to accept the fact that this president, if given the opportunity, will try to be a dictator,” Congressman Ruben Gallego of Arizona once said in reference to Trump.

It would appear that Joe Biden and his administration are scurrying to grab complete control and total power within the Supreme Court.

The Biden administration is attempting to expand the court to have a better chance of a left-leaning balance in the Supreme Court.

Biden is also trying to establish a higher turnover rate of Supreme Court Justices by shortening the length of time that a j=Justice can serve.

The Biden administration has made attempts to remove the filibuster from the Senate.

Evading the filibuster would effectively remove the necessity of Republican support.

Reports state that Joe Biden has plans to sign “an executive order forming the Presidential Commission on the Supreme Court of the United States, comprised of a bipartisan group of experts on the Court and the Court reform debate.”

Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer has given warning that “If the public sees judges as ‘politicians in robes,’ its confidence in the courts, and in the rule of law itself, can only diminish, diminishing the court’s power, including its power to act as a ‘check’ on the other branches.”

Justice Ginsburg also sounded similar warnings.

Vanita Gupta said, “Nothing is off the table. The legitimacy of the court and our democracy is at stake.”

The Biden administration will be observing “[T]he length of service and turnover of justices on the Court; the membership and size of the Court; and the Court’s case selection, rules, and practices.”

It seems that the Dictator is on the wrong side of the foot.. I mean you know. The thing.

More from Red State:

Let’s start off with the basic principle that the Supreme Court doesn’t need remaking by Democrats. The whole purpose of the Supreme Court was to be independent of political influence, hence the lifetime appointments. But it’s not liberal enough for them, so they’re going to do what they can to try to reorder it to their liking. This is anti-Constitutional and dangerous for us all.

Bipartisan experts? Yes, tell me another one and I have a bridge in Brooklyn I want to sell you. Any actual “expert” would heed the words of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who warned against such anti-Constitutional efforts. Nobody who cares about the Court or their own reputation would be involved in any such effort.

We may not be always happy with the decisions of the Court. But if they start packing the Court and changing even what cases they may take, we’re done and the country as we know it is done. The Constitution is done.

Americans previously had showed overwhelmingly in polls they were against this kind of an effort; but that isn’t going to stop Democrats in their mad race for dictatorial powers. It shouldn’t even be about that, because it really isn’t about public opinion or whoever has the power of the moment. That’s the whole point of the Supreme Court, to be a bulwark against such political waves, where only the law and the Constitution is supposed to matter.

Remember how during the campaign, Biden refused to answer this question, knowing that packing the Court or changing it wasn’t popular? Well, looks like we got his answer. Not that we didn’t know what it was anyway.
