Democrat Cori Bush Worried If Kyle Rittenhouse Acquitted, White Supremacists ‘Can Shoot at Us’ and ‘Get Away With It’

Race-baiting Democrat Rep. Cori Bush of Missouri has weighed in on the trial of 18-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse.

If Rittenhouse is acquitted on grounds of self-defense, she claims that “white supremacists” will be emboldened to “shoot at us” and “get away with it.”

Bush also repeated a lie that Michael Brown was “murdered.” Brown was shot after he attacked police officer Darren Wilson and attempted to gain control of Wilson’s gun until it was fired.

The Democrat said, “When we marched in Ferguson, white supremacists would hide behind a hill near where Michael Brown Jr. was murdered and shoot at us.”

“They never faced consequences,” she added.

“If Kyle Rittenhouse gets acquitted, it tells them that even 7 years later they still can get away with it,” Bush wrote to Twitter.

BLM activist Ohun Ashe responded to Bush’s comment by saying, “This is FACTS!”

“I vividly remember hiding under porches in Canfield as shots were fired at us. No one came to help us.”

“We would come from under porches using cars as shields in between gun shots to make it out,” tweeted Ashe.

Riots erupted last year in Kenosha, Wisconsin after a police officer shot 29-year-old Jacob Blake. Blake was armed with a knife and ignored orders from law enforcement.

Blake had a warrant for his arrest for charges of third-degree sexual assault as well as other charges.

The “Black Lives Matter” riots rocked Kenosha for three nights. Businesses were destroyed by career criminals as law enforcement is accused of failing to protect people’s property.

17-year-old Rittenhouse arrived to assist a local business owner in defending his car dealership that suffered $1.5 million in damages.

Rittenhouse, who says he was defending himself from violent protesters, has been charged with one count of first-degree intentional homicide as well as other charges in the aftermath of the riots.
