The left-wing censorship of big tech is out of control.
Tucker Carlson of Fox News was suspended over a simple 8-word tweet about a transgender member of Joe Biden’s White House team.
The liberal outlet USA Today recently awarded biological male Rachel Levine, formerly Richard, with “Woman of the Year.” The satire outlet, The Babylon Bee, subsequently awarded Levine “Man of the Year.”
Conservative political commentator Charlie Kirk noted that Levine spent 54 years as a male and had a wife and family. Recently Levine transition and decided to identify as female. Biden appointed Levine as a 4-star Admiral and U.S. Assistant Secretary for Health.
Twitter banned both The Babylon Bee and Charlie Kirk’s truthful statements as “hate speech.”
Carlson pointed out, “But wait, both these tweets are true.”
Twitter fired back by suspended Carlson. Twitter deleted all of these tweets and they are unavailable. Screenshots were captured so they will live on forever.
A Twitter spokesperson said: “We prohibit targeting others with repeated slurs, tropes or other content that intends to dehumanize, degrade or reinforce negative or harmful stereotypes about a protected category.”
“This includes targeted misgendering or deadnaming of transgender individuals,” the statement added.
Biden’s White House Domestic Policy Advisor Susan Rice congratulated “trailblazing” Levine on receiving the honor:

Here’s a look at Charlie’s response:
This honor by USA Today is “a recognition of women across the country who have made a significant impact.”
Critics have slammed this decision as part of the Left’s war on women. For most of Levine’s life, Levine was identified as male until transitioning in 2011 at age 54. Prior to transitioning, Levine had two children with Levine’s ex-wife, Martha Peaslee Levine.
In response, Levine has accused critics of transphobia.
The social media company said that Carlson would have to delete the tweet and be suspended for 12 hours in read-only mode before obtaining control of his account again.
A Fox News spokesperson told the Daily Wire that Carlson intended to respond to the suspension.
“Tucker plans to address this on the show tonight, so best to tune in this evening,” the spokesperson said.
The Babylon Bee’s CEO Seth Dillon issued a defiant statement about their Twitter ban on Sunday.
“We’re not deleting anything,” Dillon said. “Truth is not hate speech. If the cost of telling the truth is the loss of our Twitter account, then so be it.”
