The left-wing outlet CNN sunk even lower by attempting to blame violence at the Oscars on President Donald Trump.
Longtime anti-Trump “analyst” Asha Rangappa suggested that Will Smith’s assault on Chris Rock at the Academy Awards provided “an independent psychological case study on how Trump got normalized.”
She claims the crowd stuck around because of Trump.
Rangappa was brutally mocked on social media for blaming Trump.
Not only is Hollywood overwhelming liberal, but actor Will Smith is also an outspoken left-wing activist who supports the radical teachings of “critical race theory” to children and “defunding the police.”
Under Ted Turner, CNN was founded with a “just-the-facts” approach.
Under former boss Jeff Zucker, the network notoriously embraced a strict anti-Trump agenda.
Zucker was forced to resign in shame earlier this year for failing to disclose a sexual relationship with a top executive as well as alleged involvement in the Cuomo brothers’ sexual harassment cover-up efforts.
Incoming CNN boss Chis Licht signaled that the network will steer back toward its non-partisan approach intended by founder Ted Turner.
This has yet to be seen as radical leftists like Rangapappa regularly push the conversation to the fringe.
For example, Rangappa once mocked a Southwest pilot who objected to Joe Biden by comparing him to an ISIS sympathizer.
The pilot signed off his announcement for passengers by saying, “Let’s Go Brandon.”
This infuriated Rangappa. She responded, “As an experiment, I’d love for an Southwest pilot to say ‘Long live ISIS’ before taking off.”
“My guess is that 1) the plane would be immediately grounded; 2) the pilot fired; and 3) a statement issued by the airline within a matter of hours,” she said.
In another incident, Rangapappa shamefully doxxed an intern for the Washington Beacon by publicly pushing her personal contact information on Twitter for the world to see. She proceeded to mock her as “Karen” when she was forced to remove the message.
