We found where President Joe Biden is retreating as his Department of Justice (DOJ) goes after former President Donald Trump with 40 criminal charges related to the classified documents case.
Biden was seen at his Rehoboth Beach compound in Delaware where he will remain for at least the next 10 days. Biden has spent about 40% of his presidency on vacation.

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre confirmed to reporters that Biden plans to rest in Rehoboth Beach after taking the short staircase to board Air Force One.
“This evening the president will depart Maine en route to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware where he will remain over the next week,” Karine Jean-Pierre said.
I was at the beach yesterday while a famous guy with a house in the neighborhood was hanging out nearby. 😁

The DOJ has been widely condemned for pursuing a classified documents case against Trump. Critics say the move is politically motivated and election interference as Trump is the 2024 Republican Party frontrunner.
Trump was indicted on 37 charges related to the alleged mishandling of classified documents. If this wasn’t enough, Trump has been charged with an additional count of willful retention of national defense information as well as two new obstruction counts. Biden allegedly told U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland to investigate Trump and Merrick proceeded by appointing Smith in November 2022 to the case.
If Trump wins the 2024 presidential election, he has vowed to fire Special Counsel Jack Smith who is leading the investigation into Trump’s alleged improper retention of classified records.
Here’s frail-looking Biden taking the shorter staircase again:

After his vacation, Biden will head to Auburn, Maine to campaign with his “Bidenomics” plan to boost manfacturing.
In a statement from the Justice Department, they said, “Today, a superseding indictment was returned by a grand jury in the Southern District of Florida that adds one defendant and four charges to the prior indictment filed against Donald J. Trump and Waltine Nauta.”
A Trump campaign spokesperson said “this is nothing more than a continued desperate and flailing attempt by the Biden Crime Family and their Department of Justice to harass President Trump and those around him.”
“Deranged Jack Smith knows that they have no case and is casting about for any way to salvage their illegal witch hunt and to get someone other than Donald Trump to run against Crooked Joe Biden,” the spokesperson added.
A new poll conducted by Harvard shows the majority of Americans believe the federal indictment of President Donald Trump is politically motivated.
Registered voters agreed that the indictment against Trump amounts to “election interference.” 55 percent of Americans view the indictment as politically motivated, according to the poll. 56 percent of Americans think the indictment constitutes “interference by the DOJ in the 2024 elections.”
